About
Welcome to Together Therapy!
As a licensed independent social worker, I enjoy partnering with a wide range of clients - adolescents, adults, couples, and families- to support your growth. My approach is to offer a compassionate and supportive space to remind you that none of us need to journey alone. In my years as a therapist, I have completed training in several areas of clinical practice including EMDR, ADHD across the lifespan, anxiety and depression, trauma informed care, and more. I have also focused on attachment needs, LGBTQIA+ experiences, understanding the complicated family reactions to differences, and managing overall wellbeing. I have previous experience working with children, adolescents, and their families as a high school teacher, mentoring program director and BHIS (behavioral health intervention services) program director. It is my honor to partner together in therapy with you.
